ChronoStep does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you configure stays stored locally on your device.
What data is stored
ChronoStep lets you configure workout sessions (number of exercises, durations, rest periods, rounds) and save these configurations as named presets. This information is saved only in your device's local storage, through the app's native storage.
None of this data is sent to a server, to ChronoStep, or to any third party. We have no technical access to what you configure or save within the app.
User accounts
ChronoStep does not require you to create an account and does not collect any name, email, or other identifying information.
Technical and diagnostic data
Like any app distributed through the App Store or Google Play Store, ChronoStep may send anonymous crash reports to Apple or Google as part of their standard platform operation. This data is handled directly by Apple and Google under their own respective privacy policies, and is neither accessed nor used by ChronoStep.
Device permissions
ChronoStep may request access to vibration and keep-awake features during a session, solely to improve the workout experience. None of these permissions involve collecting or transmitting personal data.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the app evolves (for example, if a future feature required data collection). Any material change will be reflected by a new "last updated" date at the top of this page.
Children
ChronoStep does not collect any personal data, including from children, and does not specifically target a young audience.
